Asegest & Forbe:
the website of a
land consultancy
Sale and sourcing of urban, developable, industrial and rural land, income-producing buildings and hotels. Their public website and their Central de Gestión — the panel they use to publish assets, handle enquiries and write the blog without touching code — are both deployed. The project is still running: site and panel keep growing, and I'm now building the Android app for the sales team. The footer reads “Built by Kiacos”.
Assets were shown over email, in PDFs and on third-party portals
Every price or status change depended on someone outside, and the same document carried what should be seen and what shouldn't.
The consultancy publishes, hides and replies without calling anyone
Their own site indexed asset by asset, and a panel where they decide what's visible for each one — already running: publishing stopped depending on anyone outside. The project isn't closed — it keeps growing, and the Android app comes next.
We source land for developers and find buyers for unusual assets.

A 25-page public site
Every route is prerendered at build time: one physical HTML file per page with its own SEO and sitemap, so Google reads it without running JavaScript.
A catalogue with 8 filters
Province, municipality, type, use, status, price, surface and buildability. One cached query and the whole filtering in the browser.
Field-by-field visibility
The client decides what gets published for each asset: price, land registry, coordinates or plans. What they hide isn't copied into the public document — it isn't “hidden”, it doesn't exist.
Central de Gestión
Their own panel: assets, a status-based CRM for enquiries, grouped clients, a blog with an editor, and even the phone numbers editable without redeploying.
Android app for the teamin progress
The same assets in the salesperson's pocket: the record with plans and coordinates, new enquiries with an alert, and visit notes without going back to the office. It shares panel and data with the site, so there aren't two truths.
This is client work, with its own design system: limestone, Cantabrian green and a magenta trace. It looks nothing like mine — and that's exactly what had to happen. What I do for companies →
If your company needs something like this, I build it
A public site Google can read, a panel for your team and a mobile app. Fixed quote, weekly deliveries and the access in your name from day one.
