  • 1 or 2 automations: an appointment reminder 24 hours before, a “your order is ready” notice, your website form landing in your WhatsApp and a spreadsheet, or answers to the usual questions.

For service businesses that today live between spreadsheets, Drive and WhatsApp: renovations, academies, events, small consultancies.

Includes

  • A board of clients or jobs by status. Drag and drop.
  • A record for each client, with notes and history.
  • Your website form adds the client on its own.
  • Alerts for what's pending: unanswered proposals and payments to collect.
  • Up to 3 users. Hosting and domain set up.
  • 1 hour of training and 30 days of support.
  • Optional (+€300): a portal where your client can see their job.

Get paid on time

For freelancers and small businesses that get paid late: renovations, installations, transport, business services.

Includes

  • A list of unpaid invoices, from your invoicing software, a spreadsheet or your email.
  • Friendly reminders by WhatsApp and email: before the due date, on the day, after 7 days and after 30.
  • It works out the late-payment interest and the €40 per invoice under Spanish Law 3/2004 (art. 8), when the debtor is a company or a freelancer.
  • A weekly summary: who owes you what.
  • The reminders stop on their own when you mark the invoice as paid.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. I leave it working and explain it with a guide and a video.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. 21 % is added.

What is the “for the first clients” price?

A launch price with limited spots: 3 for the WhatsApp package (in exchange for a review and a video of the case) and 2 for the mini-CRM. Once they're gone, the normal price applies.

Do WhatsApp messages cost anything?

They might. Meta may charge for some messages a business sends. You pay Meta directly, and I explain it before we start.

What if something breaks later?

You get 15 days of support (30 with the mini-CRM). After that, monthly maintenance is optional.

Is the work mine?

Yes. Fixed price, in writing, and what gets built is yours.

Does “Get paid on time” work if my clients are individuals?

The reminders do. The late-payment interest and the €40 only apply if the debtor is a company or a freelancer. These are friendly reminders, not a legal claim.

Do you only work in Vitoria?

I'm in Vitoria-Gasteiz and can come to your business anywhere in Álava. I also work online.
