Purpose
Kiacos is the brand under which the owner publishes his own applications and provides bespoke software development services to companies (website, admin panel and mobile app) on a fixed quote; nothing on this site constitutes a contractual offer, and each commission is agreed separately.
- Kiacos.nexo is a free planner, timetable and grades mobile app for university students. It needs no account, and it is not an official application of any university, nor is it endorsed by one.
- Kiacos.fotos (fotos.kiacos.com) is a free photo editing and preparation tool that runs entirely in the user's browser, with no signup.
Vendomiel has its own documents
Vendomiel (vendomiel.com) is a honey shop that this site merely presents and links to. The sale itself, the trader who makes it, its food-safety registrations and the purchase, return and shipping conditions are published on vendomiel.com, under its own legal notice, privacy policy and sale conditions. Nothing bought there is governed by the documents on this site, and kiacos.com takes no part in those purchases.
Withdrawn products
Kiacos.central, the multi-channel management SaaS for resellers, stopped being offered in September 2026. It takes no new signups, there is no service to subscribe to, and the offers announced during its pre-launch (plans, prices and waitlist discounts) are no longer available and do not bind the owner. The product's old addresses redirect to the home page.
Use of the site and of the free applications
Access to this site is open and creates no account. Kiacos.nexo and Kiacos.fotos are offered free of charge and as is: they are meant to work well, but no uninterrupted or error-free service is guaranteed, and they may change or be withdrawn. The contents of this site are informational: the figures, dates and status of each project describe work in progress.
Intellectual property
The software, texts, design and the Kiacos brand belong to the owner, except for third-party marks, which belong to their owners and are named only to identify them. Content a user enters into the applications is theirs.
Liability
The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the free applications, nor for the content of the third-party sites linked from here, which are opened at the visitor's own risk. None of this limits the rights that consumer law grants to consumers.
Hosting and providers
A static site served by Firebase Hosting, with Cloud Functions and Firestore for the journal content, all in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region (European Union). Authentication with Firebase, used only by the owner's administration account.
Governing law
Spanish law. Consumers in the European Union keep the rights granted by their local rules. This notice is written in Spanish; the English translation is provided for information only and, in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
